Recipe Ingredients for T's Goulash

2 1/5 pounds ground turkey breast
1 1/4 cup onion
1 1/4 cup celery
2 cups corn
16 ounces mushrooms
44 1/4 ounces diced tomatoes
4 cups brown rice, cooked
14 ounces egg noodles, cooked
24 ounces tomato juice, low sodium

Recipe Directions for T's Goulash

  1. Brown turkey with onion and celery. Drain.

  2. Boil noodles.

  3. Cook rice.

  4. Mix turkey, noodles, rice and rest of ingredients.
