Delicious and soft low cal protein bars

Recipe Ingredients for T's Delish Pumpkin Protein Bars

2 c oat flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground clove
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 c Xylitol
4 large egg whites
15 oz pumpkin puree
1/2 c almond milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c unsweetened apple sauce

Recipe Directions for T's Delish Pumpkin Protein Bars

  1. Preheat the oven to 350

  2. Spray 9x13 Pyrex dish with cooking spray

  3. Combine dry ingredients together in a small bowl, combine wet ingredients in large bowl- add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well until incorporated.

  4. Spread the batter into the dish and bake for 30 minutes

  5. Makes 24 squares
