a good mix of some yummy stuff. don't really need the ground turkey if you want to make this a meat free meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Trukey Spaghetti Squash Mash-Up

2 cups spaghetti squash
1/2 yellow onion
2 cups mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons oregano
2 tablespoons basil
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 pound ground turkey

Recipe Directions for Trukey Spaghetti Squash Mash-Up

  1. cut Spaghetti squash in half cook face down on plate in microwave of 15 mins. while doing that saute onion, mushroom, garlic oregano and basil in oil till cooked down.

  2. in another pan brown ground turkey. combine with veggies in veggie pan and pour sauce over. let simmer for a few.

  3. stick a knife in the squash, if it slide in smoothly it is done, if not add 5 mins. scrape out insides, drain and add to pan with veggies, turkey and sauce. stir around to get a good mix.

  4. serve warm.
