7 hardboiled eggs
1/4 c Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise
4 oz Plain Nonfat
2 tbsp Country Dijon Mustard
3 tbsp truffle oil
1/2 tsp hot sauce
3 tbsp scallions

Recipe Directions for Truffled Tangy Deviled Eggs, Lower Fat

  1. Hardboil the eggs, shell them and halve them, removing yolk.

  2. Whip the rest of the ingredients together using a fork to keep it fluffy.

  3. Fill the eggs white shells.

  4. Dust with paprika, fresh scallions, and a spray of white truffle oil.

  5. Serve cold.
