My nutritionist approved this as a meal replacement. I prepare it in a Magic Bullet.

Recipe Ingredients for True Meal Replacement

1/2 cups 1% milk
1/2 cup coffee
2 tbsp. yogurt, fat free
1 tsp. cocoa powder
1/2 banana, sliced
1/2 scoop Whey Protein Powder (vanilla)
1 ice

Recipe Directions for True Meal Replacement

  1. Add first 4 ingredients in Magic Bullet cup.

  2. Stir and mash in the cocoa powder. (It doesn't want to mix in totally.)

  3. Add the banana slices, protein powder, and 2 ice cubes.

  4. Blend 1 minute.
