Recipe Ingredients for Trout Stew/Salad

1/2 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
5 spear, small (5" long or less) Asparagus
3 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 cup, chopped Collards
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1/4 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1/4 fillet Trout, Rainbow, Wild

Recipe Directions for Trout Stew/Salad

Saute ingredients in oil. Eat some now, eat some later. Lovely with a green salad.
