Trout with potatoes and sour cream

Recipe Ingredients for Trout

150 g Trout, Rainbow, Wild
1 tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
1 g Dill Weed, Fresh
1 dash of Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Trout

  1. Boil potatoes and preheat oven to 180C.

  2. Season trout fillet with sea salt, black pepper, dill and a dash of lemon juice.

  3. Put just enough water to cover the base of an ovenproof dish, add fillet and bake until flaky but not dry.

  4. Mix sour cream with chopped dill and a dash of lemon juice.

  5. Serve.
