they're like fajitas but they're spicy and fishy

Recipe Ingredients for Trout Fajitas

1/2 pound trout fillet
1 yellow onion
1 green pepper, large
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp chili pepper flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 dashes salt

Recipe Directions for Trout Fajitas

Cut fish and vegetables into strips 1/4 inch thick. Stir-fry onions in 1 tsp olive oil until translucent; add dash of salt and the black pepper. Cook fish in same pan, turning until done. Shortly before fish is done, add 1 tsp lime juice and the hot pepper. Add 1 tsp olive oil to pan and stir-fry peppers until just cooked through; add dash of salt. Serve onions, peppers and fish together.
