Recipe Ingredients for Tropical Sundae

2 cups sugar
2 cups water
2 quarts raspberries
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup lime juice
3 oz macadamia nuts
2 cups pineapple

Recipe Directions for Tropical Sundae

  1. Heat sugar and water to make simple syrup.

  2. Add corn syrup.

  3. Puree rasperries and lime juice; strain, discard seeds.

  4. Add strained puree to syrup and freeze in an ice-cream maker.

  5. Toast nuts.

  6. Grill pineapple and cut medium dice.
