Recipe Ingredients for Tropical Smoothie

1/2 cup ice
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1 scoop whey protein powder
1/2 cup pineapple, cubed (I sometimes use papaya)
1/2 banana

Recipe Directions for Tropical Smoothie

Combine all, in order listed, in a blender. Combine until thoroughly mixed. You can use frozen pineapple (sometimes I will buy a whole pineapple and freeze some pre-measured in ziploc bags to use in this smoothie!)
