Recipe Ingredients for Tropical Smoothie

1/2 cup light vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup orange juice
2 ounces strawberries
2 ounces mango
2 ounces pineapple
6 ounces Greek yogurt
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Tropical Smoothie

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.

  2. Put in the fridge overnight.

  3. Blend for 45 minutes in the morning and split between two 12-ounce glasses
