this is very low cal and completely refreshing smoothie. it isn't weighed down with milk and yogurt and is a great little snack or breakfast. also you can sneak in your daily vitamin or wheat germ.

Recipe Ingredients for Tropical Smoothie

1/2 cup of mango
1/2 cup of pineapple
1/8 cup of pineapple juice
1/8 cup of lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Tropical Smoothie

  1. put all ingredients in the blender.

  2. blend until smooth

  3. put in freezer for a couple minutes to thicken.

  4. enjoy :)
