Recipe Ingredients for Tropical Fruit Smoothie

1 medium banana
2/3 cup wheat germ
1 1/2 peaches, canned
1/5 cup grape juice
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1/3 cup lime juice
1/2 cup green grapes
1/2 cup yogurt
1/3 cup fat free cream cheese

Recipe Directions for Tropical Fruit Smoothie

  1. *all ingredients are optional. you may also wish to add cherries, pears, lemons/lemon juice, or coconut; or substitute wheat or oat bran for the germ.

  2. mix everything together in a blender; serve chilled with graham crackers, as an ice cream topping, or as a parfait.
