Recipe Ingredients for Tropical Fruit Salad

20 oz Pineapple
2 serving kroger mandarin oranges in light syruo
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 serving Kroger Sour Cream Reduced Fat
2 oz Lactose Free Reduced Fat Milk
0.25 cup Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Sweetened, Flaked, Packaged

Recipe Directions for Tropical Fruit Salad

In a medium sized salad bowl, whisk together milk and sour cream. Open and drain the pineapple and mandarin oranges, add to sour cream mixture. Slice banana and add to bowl. Sprinkle with coconut and stir until well coated. Serve cold. Enjoy!
