Tasty tropical fruit salaed, sidedish or desert. Compliments a spicy meal as a desert.

Recipe Ingredients for Tropical Fruit Parfait

6 ounce Yoplait Original 99% fat free french vanilla
1 medium organic banana
1 cup pineapple, fresh or unsweetened chunks or rings
1 green kiwi
1 yellow kiwi
1 Splenda to taste

Recipe Directions for Tropical Fruit Parfait

  1. Slice banana and kiwis into a medium size bowl. Add pineapple, as either chunks or slices, and mix together with powdered Splenda to taste. Let rest 15 to 20 minutes, then place on seperate serving plates.

  2. Stir yogurt in its' container until smooth, then spoon 1/4 of container on top of each serving. Sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg if desired.
