Recipe Ingredients for Türkische Kiri (couscous)

1 cup, cooked Couscous, Cooked
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 small Onions
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 clove Garlic
0.5 1tsp Olive Oil
0.35 tbsp Unico Tomato Paste
10 10 sprigs Parsley
0.166 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 cup (8 fl oz) Soup, Chicken Broth Or Bouillon

Recipe Directions for Türkische Kiri (couscous)

Chop and sautee vegetables in olive oil. Add parsley and tomato paste and mix once done. Pour broth over couscous, cover and let steep for 5 min or so. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Serve warm or cold.
