Tasty low-cal, low-carb ground beef mixture perfect for meatloaf, meatballs or burgers. Makes 4 portions - easily doubled for 8.

Recipe Ingredients for Trish's Meatloaf, Meatballs or Burgers

16 oz raw 85% Lean Ground Round
1 clove Garlic
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tablespoon Oregano
4 tbsp Basil, Fresh
2 oz White Onion

Recipe Directions for Trish's Meatloaf, Meatballs or Burgers

  1. Dice onion and garlic.

  2. For meatloaf mix tomato paste & vinegar and set aside.

  3. Mix remaining ingredients handling meat as little as possible.

  4. Form into desired shape.

  5. Top meatloaf with tomato/vinegar mix.

  6. Cook as desired.
