Recipe Ingredients for Trish's Easy Chicken

59 1/2 oz boneless chicken breast
14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
0.67 cup chopped onion
2 pinch oregano

Recipe Directions for Trish's Easy Chicken

  1. Add chicken, thawed to baking pan

  2. Add onion, olive oil and oregano to baking pan

  3. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

  4. Cook for one hour

  5. Cover with aluminum foil for first 30 minutes
