Recipe Ingredients for Trisha's Tzatziki Sauce

1/2 (8 oz) container plain yogurt
1/2 cucumber- peeled, seeded and diced
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp dill, fresh chopped
1/2 tbsp garlic minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Trisha's Tzatziki Sauce

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill and garlic

  2. Process until well combined

  3. Transfer to a separate dish, cover and refigerate for at least one hour for best flavor
