Recipe Ingredients for Triple Threat Chocolate Chip Cookies

3/4 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
6 ounces unsweetened Chocolate
7 ounces bittersweet chocolate
1/2 cup butter
6 large eggs
2 3/4 cup Sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Triple Threat Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.

  2. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl and set aside.

  3. Melt the unsweetened chocolate, bittersweet chocolate and the butter in a double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly.

  4. With a hand mixer beat together the eggs, sugar and vanilla on medium-high speed until light in texture and thick, 3 to 4 minutes.

  5. Add the chocolate mixture and blend thoroughly.

  6. Turn the mixer on low speed, mix in the dry ingredients utnil just combined. Mix in the pecan and chocolate chips until blended.

  7. Use cookie scoop to scoop onto greased cookie sheets.

  8. Bake until they are cracked on top, about 7 minutes in a convection oven.
