Recipe Ingredients for Triple Grain Muffins

1 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
104 g Wheat Germ
4 tbsp Organics Wildflower Honey
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
8 oz Natural Plain Yogurt
3 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.13 tsp Cloves, Ground
1 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
0.19 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Triple Grain Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients (excluding flax seed) together.

  2. Mix flax seed and water let sit for a few minutes.

  3. Mix wet ingredients all together

  4. Add wet to dry and mix just until moist.

  5. Fill greased muffin tins half full

  6. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes.
