2 tablespoons Chia Seed
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup agave syrup
1 tablespoon Turbinado Sugar
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon lemon zest
11 pieces Crystallized Ginger
2 tablespoons flax
