6 oz. lowfat yogurt, Wegs vanilla probio
1 tbsp. sugar (in yogurt)
1/2 c. egg whites, egg beaters
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. instant coffee granules
1/3 c. cocoa powder, Hershey's
1/3 c. cocoa powder, Dutch process (special dark)
1 c. walnuts, toasted & chopped
1/2 tsp. baking powder
