Recipe Ingredients for Triple Apricot Pork Chop

1 tsp Pepper, Black
18 oz Apricot Preserves
1/2 cup, halves Apricots, Dried, Sulfured, Uncooked
4 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
6 teaspoon (2 Tbsp) Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.06 cup (1Tbsp) Water
0.02 cup (1 tsp) Cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Triple Apricot Pork Chop

  1. Sprinkle 1-1.5 lbs of boneless pork chops with pepper.

  2. Spray non stick pan with cooking spray. Cook chops over medium heat, turning once, until browned, about 4-6 minutes and remove to paper towel-lined plate.

  3. Add all remaining ingredients to skillet. Cook, stirring until begins to boil, about 2 minutes.

  4. Return chops to skillet and simmer til chops are cooked thru, about 10 minutes. Place chops on platter.

  5. Combine water and cornstarch and add to sauce in skillet. Cook, stirring 1 minute longer. Return chops to skillet, heating thru and serve.
