Recipe Ingredients for trinity stir fry

16 oz (raw) Chicken
1 large Onions
4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
4 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
15 oz Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
2 cloves, raw Garlic
3 tsp Ginger Root
8 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
4 serving Marinade

Recipe Directions for trinity stir fry

dice chicken into bite size pieces and marinate in plastic bag with store brand marinade. dice onion, celery and carrot (trinity) and soften in hot wok with oil while slicing peppers, scallions, red onion to be added last. Set softened trinity aside and stir fry chicken in hot wok - no need to add oil since marinade will need to cook off to brown the chicken. When browned add back the trinity as well as the red onion, pepper and scallions, stir till heated through, add drained kidney beans, minced garlic and ginger, turn off flame and stir. keep warm in covered pot till ready to serve over white rice
