Recipe Ingredients for Triglyceride Eraser

16 oz Kale
1 cup(240 g) Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
10 oz Tomatoes Diced No Salt Added
5 cup, chopped Cabbage
4 oz Minced In Oil Garlic
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 cup Wild Rice
1 cup Black Eyed Peas, Organic
6 tea bag 100% Natural Green Tea

Recipe Directions for Triglyceride Eraser

  1. Saute onions and garlic.

  2. Add 2.5 quarts water.

  3. chop all veggies, add to pot

  4. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 25 min.

  5. add desired seasonings as desired ie, celery seed, bay leaf, italian seasomimg, etc.
