Very simple baked dish, uncreative, but tasty and low fat for a quick baked pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Tri-Color Rotini with Onions, Tomatoes and Mozzerella Cheese

16 oz Rotini Pasta
5 cups diced tomatoes
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 2% milk
3/4 cup chopped red onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tri-Color Rotini with Onions, Tomatoes and Mozzerella Cheese

  1. Cook pasta, drain.

  2. Heat olive oil, until thin. Add onions and garlic and saute for about a minute.

  3. Add in tomatoes and pasta and cheese.

  4. Pour mixture into 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350 until cheese browns.
