1 cup Tomato Products
1 serving Rotini Tri Color Pasta
2 cup, chopped Carrots
2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, cubes Eggplant
5 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Tri Color Pasta & Veggies

Saute veggies in oil, add to cooked pasta with tomato sauce, put in over dish and add grated cheese, bake 30 to 40 min.
