Recipe Ingredients for Tri-color bowtie pasta

8 oz Pasta, Tri-color bowties, cooked and drained
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup tomato, diced
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/4 cup onion, slivered
1/4 cup carrots, sliced
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 tbsp Italian dressing
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp thyme, dried

Recipe Directions for Tri-color bowtie pasta

  1. Cook and drain pasta according to package. Run under cool tap water until pasta is throughly cooled.

  2. Prepare vegetables as stated above and add together. Add dressing, vinegar, and thyme to vegetables and stir.

  3. Add pasta and cheese and stir again.

  4. Let sit in the fridge for at least 2 or 3 hours for the flavors to get acquainted.

  5. Enjoy.
