instead of blackberries I used marionberries, but CC doesn't recognize that berry. a Marionberry is actually a cross between a raspberry and a blackberry. yum!

Recipe Ingredients for tri berry muffins

1 1/2 cups white flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 egg
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup raspberries

Recipe Directions for tri berry muffins

  1. sift together first 4 dry ingredients into a bowl.

  2. make a well, mix in remaining ingredients except berries.

  3. gently fold in berries, spoon into cupcake pan.

  4. bake at 350 until golden brown, about 30-40 minutes. cooking time may vary as different oven temperatures vary.
