Freezes well so that I can bring it along on my trips- one of the only ways to get vegetable that aren't just canned while I am off the grid.

Recipe Ingredients for Travel Soup

5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1.5 cup, shredded Cabbage, Savoy
1 medium raw Tomato Roma
5 mushroom Mushrooms
1 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
0.25 cup Onions
1 cup Light
36 oz V8 100% Vegetable Juice
24 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
1/2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower

Recipe Directions for Travel Soup

Saute the vegetables in a pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Add liquids and simmer until tender. Add seasonings and spices to your liking.
