Recipe Ingredients for Trail Mix

1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup raisins
1 cup prunes
1 cup Cheerios
2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios
2 cups Corn Chex
52 grams Kashi Go Lean Cereal (1 cup)
280 grams Planters Nut-trition mixed nuts (1 can)
56 grams sunflower seeds (.5 cup)

Recipe Directions for Trail Mix

Mix together and store in an air-tight container. Portions are 1/2 cup each.
