My own trail mix that includes sunflower seeds and not cashews.

Recipe Ingredients for Trail Mix

1/2 cup M&M's
1/2 cup rasins
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup unsalted peanuts

Recipe Directions for Trail Mix

  1. measure out each ingredient.

  2. put each into one bag.

  3. seal bag.

  4. shake well and enjoy
