Recipe Ingredients for Trail Chili for the Crock Pot

2 lbs. turkey, ground
1 Onion, Large
28 oz. can diced tomatoes
8 oz. tomato paste
32 oz. kidney beans, drained
4 oz. can green chilies, diced
1 cup water
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Trail Chili for the Crock Pot

  1. Brown turkey and onion in skillet. Place in slow cooker on High.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook on High 30 min.

  3. Reduce heat to Low. Cook 4-6 hours.
