4 serving Pudding rice
3 oz Sugars, Granulated
40 fl oz Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

Recipe Directions for Traditional Rice Pudding

  1. Warm the milk and dissolve the sugar into it.

  2. Place the rice in a large pudding bowl and pour over the milk

  3. Grate fresh nutmeg on the top

  4. Bake in oven slowly for 2hours at 140c
