2 eggs Egg, Scrambled
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Traditional Lumpia

Chop all vegetables and combine with meat and scrambled eggs. Mix throughly. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Wrap one heaping tablespoon of meat mixture in an egg roll wrapper and deep fry until golden brown.
