Recipe Ingredients for Traditional Hummus

1 1/2 cup chickpeas, cooked
2 tbsp tahini
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 cup parsley, fresh (optional)

Recipe Directions for Traditional Hummus

Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender, add extra salt to taste, chill, and serve with pita bread.
