2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup slices Cucumber
1 tbsp, drained Capers, Canned
10 olives Kalamata Whole Olives
4 cubic inch Feta Cheese

  1. combine all vegetables

  2. toss on capers and olives

  3. serve with feta

  4. add dried oregano or a lemon wedge if desired
