Recipe Ingredients for Traditional French Toast with double fiber

4 slices double fiber bread
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp honey
1 dash Cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Traditional French Toast with double fiber

  1. In a shallow wide bowl, mix milk, Egg Beaters and honey

  2. Add a dash of cinnamon and tsp of vanilla extract

  3. Heat a prying pan to Medium spray with a non-stick spray

  4. Dip each slice of bread in the milk mixture, covering both sides and place hot pan.

  5. Fry for about 3 minutes or until golden brown

  6. Flip and cook until golden brown
