Recipe Ingredients for Traditional Egg Salad

1/2 medium onion, chopped
12 large eggs, peeled and chopped
1 stalk celery (with leaves), chopped
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons kosher salt

Recipe Directions for Traditional Egg Salad

Mix all ingredients, makes 8- 1/2 cup servings. Serve on bread with tomato and lettuce.
