12 oz Dough
15 oz Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds, Canned
4 oz Chunky Salsa
1 cup Fat Free Cheese
2 oz Fresh Frozen Chopped Cilantro

Recipe Directions for trader joe's south of the border pizza (whole wheat) w/o avocado added

  1. 1)preheat oven 500 degrees F or as high as it goes

  2. 2) roll dough into 12inch circle on lightly floured surface. cover dough with salsa, beans and cheese in that order

  3. 3)trasnfer pizza stone or baking sheet. bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly

  4. 4) remove from oven and slice. sprinkle cilantro on top. serve immediately

  5. serves 2-4
