Recipe Ingredients for Tracy's Zucchini Lasanga

8 large Zucchini
8 cups of Marinara Sauce
6 cups of Mozzarella, Fat Free
2 pounds of Ricotta Cheese, with Skim Milk
1 4/5 lbs of Ground Beef, 100% 93/7
6 cloves of Garlic
1/2 cup Chopped Fresh Basil
1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Oregano

Recipe Directions for Tracy's Zucchini Lasanga

  1. Slice Zucchini Lengthwise as thin as possible

  2. Brown Ground Beef adding Salt/Pepper to Taste

  3. Chop Garlic, fine

  4. Add Browned Ground Beef to Marinara Sauce and simmer. Mean while, begin to assemble Lasanga....zucchini, cheese, sauce, and repeat until an 8x11 pan is full...may need two pans. Yeild 9 per pan or 12 pending how you cut.
