This is my version of a Turkey Panini

Recipe Ingredients for Tracy's Turkey Panini

1 French roll
1 tbsp (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!) ICBINB! Light(Soft)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 slice mozzarella
1/8 lb smoked turkey
1 tomato slice

Recipe Directions for Tracy's Turkey Panini

Set oven to broil. Cut roll in half. Lightly butter and season. Toast roll butter-up in oven till edges start browning. Add some turkey to each side of roll and cover each side with one slice of cheese. Toast in the oven again until cheese is melted (or toast to taste). Remove from oven an place tomato slice on bottom half. Close sandwich and enjoy!
