Easy one pan dish. The asparagus is optional. Add whatever you wish...onions, brocolli...etc.

Recipe Ingredients for Tracy's Shrimp & Potatoe Saute

1 lb shrimp
2 medium potatoes
2 cups mushrooms
12 cloves garlic
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbsp parsley
1 cup asparagus - optional

Recipe Directions for Tracy's Shrimp & Potatoe Saute

cook shrimp and set aside. add oil to pan and toss in potatoes with seasoning. allow to cook until nearly done. add mushrooms, asparagus, garlic and parsley. cook until all are done. add back shrimp and heat through.
