Vegetable/tomato sauce, kids don't know what veggies they are eating if you blend it after cooking.

Recipe Ingredients for Tracy's Crockpot Spaghetti Sauce

2 cups carrots, chopped
2 cups celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups mushrooms, chopped
56 fl oz Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes
2 tbsp,+crumbled bay leaves
2 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. parsley
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 can tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Tracy's Crockpot Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Chop all vegetables.

  2. Add all ingredients to large crock pot.

  3. Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours (on high 4 -5)

  4. Use hand blender to make thick tomato sauce.
