Recipe Ingredients for Touchdown Taco Dip

9 oz fat free refried beans
4 oz fat free cream cheese
1/2 c light sour cream
1 tbs taco seasoning mix
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/4 c. cheddar cheese (made with 2% milk)
1 roma tomato
1/4 c. sliced olives
2 green onions
1 tbs. finely chopped cilantro

Recipe Directions for Touchdown Taco Dip

Preheat oven to 350. Spread beans over bottom of a small oval baker. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, and pressed garlic in a bowl. Mix well. Spread mixture evenly over beans. Spread shredded cheese evenly over cream cheese mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle tomato (diced and seeded), onions, olives, and cilantro over dip. You can garnish with additional sour cream if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
