Recipe Ingredients for Tostadas

16 oz Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
16 tostadas Tostadas
2 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Iceberg
8 tbsp Cream, Sour, Cultured
0.25 oz Pure Vegetable Oil
3 medium raw Tomato Roma
0.5 cup Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green

Recipe Directions for Tostadas

  1. Cook beans.

  2. Cook chicken with onion, peppers, season with pepper and cumin.

  3. Fried beans and smash.

  4. Put beans on tostada then chicken followed by your favorites.
