This is one big, healthy tostada!

Recipe Ingredients for Tostada Grande

1 pound ground lean turkey
16 ounces diced tomatoes
3/4 cup picante sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
7 multi-grain tortillas
7 ounces 2% cheddar cheese
1 medium tomato
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 ripe avocado

Recipe Directions for Tostada Grande

Brown turkey meat. Drain and stir in canned tomatoes, picante sauce, cumin and salt. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes until most of liquid has evaporated.Cover bottom and sides of 14 inch pizza pan with tortillas. Spread meat mixture on top of tortillas. Bake for 20 minutes at 350. Sprinkle with one cup of cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted. Arrange lettuce, remaining cheese, fresh tomato and avocado over the top. Cut into wedges and serve with additional picante sauce.
