Tossed salad dressed with a simple vinaigrette

Recipe Ingredients for Tossed salad

1 cup Lettuce
6 grams spring onion
3 grams fresh basil
8 grams red pepper
30 grams avocado (1/4 small avocado)
100 g Tomatoes
30 grams Mushrooms, Button, raw
3 grams fresh chives
8 grams sun dried tomatoes
2 tsp vinegar
4 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tossed salad

  1. Chop lettuce

  2. Chop spring onion

  3. Chop fresh basil fine

  4. Chop fresh chives fine

  5. Slice red pepper

  6. Cube avocado

  7. Slice tomatoes or halve cherry tomatoes

  8. Slice mushrooms

  9. slice sun dried tomatoes

  10. Toss salad together, sprinkle dressing over while tossing. Serve as side dish for dinner or with cold meats for lunch.
