This is the salad I could get from many different places around in Manhattan. They'll toss all of these ingredients.

Recipe Ingredients for Tossed Salad

2 1/2 cups lettuce
3/4 cup grilled chicken, cubes
1/3 cup avocado
1/3 cup crouton
1/3 cup tomatoes
2/3 cup carrots, grated
2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Recipe Directions for Tossed Salad

Place all ingredients in a big bowl. Add dressing. Serve.
